At Dental Perfection, our Consultant Oral Surgeon is Mr. Anish Shah. With almost 20 years of experience in Oral Surgery, Mr. Shah qualified from Guys Hospital in 1999 with University distinctions in Oral Surgery/Medicine/Pathology and Human Disease. After one year as a vocational practitioner, he decided to embark on a career in oral surgery.
This decision led to extensive training within the Essex regional hospitals, leading him to receiving his membership from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2001. Working as a clinical tutor at King’s College Hospital, Mr. Shah then passed his Speciality Fellowship examination in 2005 and, in 2006, he was admitted onto the Specialist register for Oral Surgery.
Both a member and fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Mr. Shah now performs all aspects of oral surgery at Dental Perfection in Hampstead, North London. He was formerly Clinical Lead for the Community Dental Services for the South East Essex area and he regularly gives lectures on Oral Surgery both in the UK and internationally.
A contributor to many medical journals, and having published several articles on oral surgery and oral medicine, Mr. Shah now dedicates his expertise to his patients in Hampstead and across North London with Dental Perfection.
